At Mindswell Therapy, we exist to create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, with others, and with the natural world. In a world that often feels overwhelming, we offer opportunities to pause, reflect, and explore what matters most.

Our vision is to reshape how therapy is experienced. We see growth happening not only in a room, but also outdoors, in motion, and through meaningful connection. Mindswell Therapy is building programs, retreats, and collaborations that make therapy more grounded, creative, and accessible.

Mindswell Therapy was founded by Natalie Beach, who holds a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Bachelor of Education (P–12). With a background in teaching, fitness, yoga, and creative industries, Natalie brings a holistic and down-to-earth approach to her practice. She works with adults navigating challenges such as ADHD, burnout, emotional regulation, and identity concerns, using an integrative style that blends evidence-based psychotherapy with nature and movement.
