Set outdoors, each program blends evidence-based counselling with movement, mindfulness, and connection. Whether in the surf or on the golf course, these sessions create space to pause, reflect, and explore challenges in a way that feels grounded and supportive.

GOLF THERAPY
Golf Therapy provides an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and gain perspective. Walking the greens while engaging in guided conversations can encourage awareness and a sense of calm, allowing each swing to serve as a mindful moment that supports balance and connection.

SURF THERAPY
Surf Therapy integrates time in the ocean with guided therapeutic conversations. Each wave can invite reflection, awareness, and presence in the moment, creating space for connection, growth, and a deeper sense of calm in everyday life.

Who are Mindswell Programs for?
Our programs are designed for adults wanting a fresh, practical approach to therapy. Whether you’re experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, or simply looking to reconnect, these groups provide a supportive space in nature to pause, reflect, and grow.
Do I need to know how to surf or play golf?
No previous surfing or golf experience is required. Our partner coaches guide you through the process and equipment is provided. If you’re joining surf therapy, we do ask that you are a confident swimmer for your safety in the water.
What’s included in a Mindswell program?
Programs run in six-week blocks and include weekly two-hour sessions. Each session blends guided therapeutic support with experiential activities in the surf or on the course, access to equipment through partner schools and clubs, and opportunities for reflection and connection.
Do I have to take part in every session?
We encourage participants to attend each session to get the most from the program, but participation in activities is always your choice. You are welcome to engage in a way that feels right for you.
What are the payment and cancellation policies?
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your place. The balance is due 7 days before the program begins. Deposits cannot be refunded, and cancellations within 14 days of the program start date are also non-refundable.
How do I register my interest?
